Saint Laurent — Distribution Planner (Paris). 3‑month CDD to manage European stock allocation and optimise retail availability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute product allocation from the regional warehouse to European retail points based on sales patterns and stock availability.
- Maintain and adjust stock‑target parameters at SKU and store level to optimise in‑store availability of best‑sellers.
- Ensure permanent product availability to meet agreed service‑level objectives and retail targets.
- Monitor warehouse and in‑transit inventory to enable timely replenishment and minimise stockouts.
- Coordinate and measure the performance of cross‑store and cross‑country transfers to maximise stock availability.
- Partner with Merchandising to construct and maintain SKU assortments and contribute to 12‑month sales forecasts for replenishment planning.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools (warehouse/store/transit coverage, target stocks) and conduct regular stock analyses to recommend corrective actions (pushes, transfers).
- Serve as daily point of contact for retail teams and headquarters on allocation and stock movement matters.
Qualifications
- Degree in Supply Chain, logistics, engineering school or equivalent university education.
- Proven proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word; experience with an ERP (SAP) is required.
- Familiarity with Anaplan and/or Power BI is a plus.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organisational skills, rigor and ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
- Autonomous, proactive and comfortable proposing process improvements.
- Excellent analytical and numerical aptitude; ability to synthesise data into clear recommendations.
- Collaborative mindset with regular contact across retail and corporate teams.

Experience
Approximately 2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, allocation or retail merchandising, preferably within fashion or luxury retail environments.
Education
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Engineering, or equivalent university qualification.
