Saint Laurent Director of Supply Chain & Logistics, Americas in Wayne, New Jersey. Lead regional supply chain strategy and operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the regional supply chain and logistics strategy in alignment with global objectives and business priorities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning, inventory management, transportation, distribution, systems, and processes to support sustainable growth and operational excellence
  • Oversee inventory planning, distribution, logistics, and transportation activities across all channels within the Americas region
  • Ensure appropriate inventory levels, product availability, and replenishment strategies to support business objectives and client experience
  • Monitor operational performance through key metrics and implement corrective actions and improvement plans as needed
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews related to supply chain and logistics operations
  • Partner with Finance and business leaders to identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiencies while maintaining service excellence
  • Serve as the primary supply chain and logistics leader for the Americas region, fostering strong partnerships with regional and worldwide teams
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and communication across Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Merchandising, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams
  • Represent the region in global supply chain initiatives and projects

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience at the Senior Manager or Director level within Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related functions
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of ERP and WMS systems such as SAP, JDA, Manhattan, or similar platforms
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and Tableau a plus
  • Strong analytical, operational, and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to lead process improvements and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Luxury, fashion, retail, or multi-channel industry experience strongly preferred
