Saint Laurent — Digital Partner Intern in Paris. Internship supporting e‑concession and marketplace account management, reporting and partner coordination (start Sept 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Account Manager in daily management of e‑concession and marketplace partner accounts, ensuring accurate execution of commercial activities.
- Prepare weekly operational reports covering sales performance, delivery updates and product onlining follow‑up.
- Produce monthly performance presentations and materials for partner review meetings.
- Create seasonal product training assets and compile relevant celebrity and editorial updates to inform partners and internal teams.
- Provide 360° support during showroom and e‑commerce photo/video shoots, coordinating logistics and asset delivery.
- Serve as a primary day‑to‑day contact for partner requests (product information, pricing, availability) and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate cross‑functional actions with Marketing, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Operations to guarantee smooth activation of campaigns and listings.
- Monitor and report on brand visibility and content quality across partner websites, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s program (business school or equivalent) at time of internship.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data extraction and basic analysis for reporting.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proactive mindset with a capacity to suggest process improvements and take initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Availability to start the internship at the beginning of September 2026.

Experience
Student level; currently pursuing a Master’s degree. Previous internship experience in e‑commerce, digital partnerships, retail operations or account management is advantageous but not strictly required.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Business School or equivalent).
