Saint Laurent seeks a Digital Merchandising Coordinator in Paris for a 6-month internship supporting e-commerce operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and performance analysis of bestselling products
- Coordinate product catalog launches: data collection, consolidation, and translation management
- Monitor and organize product photography for lifestyle categories and Saint Laurent Rive Droite
- Maintain catalog consistency and product descriptions across all digital channels
- Update product display sequencing and visual merchandising hierarchy on digital platforms
- Support showroom training sessions and verify orders placed during showroom activities
- Assist in developing Buying Strategies at the end of purchasing sessions
- Collaborate with e-Business, Merchandising, and external partners on cross-functional initiatives
- Execute ad-hoc projects including competitive benchmarking and market analysis
Qualifications
- Education from a business school or equivalent commercial program (BAC+3 to BAC+5)
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations or digital merchandising
- Proficiency with product information management (PIM), Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), or Magento platforms
- Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Fluent English language skills
- Strong understanding of digital environments and luxury market dynamics
- Exceptional attention to detail and flawless written communication in French
- Demonstrated organizational, proactive, and rigorous work approach

Ideally one or more years of significant experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or related product operations within a luxury or premium retail environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree from a business school or equivalent commercial program (BAC+3 to BAC+5).
