Saint Laurent Digital Merchandising Assistant internship in Paris – support shoe category e-commerce operations across YSL.COM and digital platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in buying sessions and prepare necessary documentation for showroom activities
  • Assist in the creation of Buying Debriefs and Buying Strategies at the conclusion of buying sessions
  • Develop weekly and monthly sales reports, carry-over reports, and best-seller analyses
  • Monitor and update inventory across digital platforms; prepare Sold Out Reports and inventory analyses
  • Conduct ad-hoc analytical reporting and data-driven insights
  • Support and track collection launches, ensuring timely product listings on digital channels
  • Maintain catalog coherence and product descriptions across all digital platforms
  • Update visual merchandising for brand websites and regionally-localized galleries
  • Serve as primary liaison with Customer Service, responding to daily client inquiries

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) from a business school or equivalent
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • First significant experience in e-commerce or digital retail environments
  • Strong understanding of digital environments and e-commerce ecosystems
