Saint Laurent — Paris: Digital Content Assistant (Intern) to support editorial updates, UATs and site analytics on YSL.COM/YSL.CN (6‑month internship).
Role & Responsibilities
- Update and publish editorial content on YSL.COM and YSL.CN in line with artistic projects, collection launches, campaigns and the commercial calendar (homepage, editorial pages, launches, fashion shows).
- Coordinate with the Image department and regional/local teams to obtain, adapt and distribute visual and editorial assets.
- Prepare and configure editorial pages using the CMS, DAM and external media/video providers; manage site campaign launches and store‑locator updates.
- Participate in front‑end functional and UX/UI testing (UAT), create and prioritise bug tickets, follow up with QA and verify fixes across staging and production environments.
- Perform daily site checks to ensure an optimal, bug‑free customer experience and contribute to ongoing UX improvements.
- Support digital performance monitoring: training on analytics tools, creation of basic digital analyses and competitive benchmarking to inform site performance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a higher education programme equivalent to Bac+4 (Master’s level or equivalent).
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong interest in digital, e‑commerce and new technologies.
- Familiarity with HTML and JSON is an advantage.
- Methodical, organised, precise and able to react quickly in a fast‑moving environment.
- Good oral and written communication skills and strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Ideally has prior exposure to UAT processes and working knowledge of e‑commerce operational environments.

Ideally one prior internship or practical experience in UATs, front‑end testing or e‑commerce operations; experience coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders (marketing, image, retail) is an asset.
Education
Minimum Bac+4 (Master’s level or equivalent) in digital marketing, communication, web technologies, or related field.
