Saint Laurent seeks Department Manager in Zurich to lead store operations, manage luxury retail sales, and develop VIP client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Promote brand engagement and loyalty among customers, particularly Top Clients and VIPs, to achieve store business objectives
- Ensure compliance with all procedures and policies established by headquarters while managing store staff efficiently
- Demonstrate sales leadership on the selling floor with a focus on VIC/VIP relationship management
- Supervise sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement
- Monitor market and fashion trends to maintain product relevance
- Foster a positive work environment conducive to staff motivation and performance
- Maintain qualitative standards and brand integrity across all store operations
Qualifications
- University degree
- Minimum 6 years of retail sales or store operations experience, with at least 2 years at supervisory or managerial level
- Significant experience in luxury goods sales or retail
- High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty building
- Exceptional interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Strong organizational and precision capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
