Saint Laurent seeks an experienced Department Manager in Vienna to lead retail operations, manage VIP clients, and drive luxury brand loyalty.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote brand engagement and loyalty to customers, particularly Top Clients and VIPs, to guarantee store business goals
  • Demonstrate sales leadership on the selling floor and actively manage VIC/VIP client relationships
  • Supervise sales operations to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Manage and develop store staff while ensuring compliance with procedures established by Headquarters
  • Maintain awareness of market dynamics and fashion trends
  • Ensure that all qualitative brand standards are upheld and consistently enforced
  • Create and maintain a positive, professional work environment for the team

Qualifications

  • University degree
  • Minimum 6 years of retail sales or store operations experience
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience
  • Significant experience in luxury goods retail
  • High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty building
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and persuasiveness
  • Strong organizational and precision capabilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
