Saint Laurent seeks a Department Manager in Taipei City to lead store sales team, drive revenue targets, and manage luxury customer relationships in this supervisory retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve departmental and categorical sales targets
- Monitor fashion trends and key product category developments to maintain competitive awareness
- Execute customer acquisition, development, and retention strategies
- Establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment and deliver exceptional customer and after-sales services
- Implement action plans devised by headquarters and store leadership, with accountability for store-level execution
- Provide qualitative feedback to management and oversee staff compliance and performance
- Identify staff strengths and deliver targeted on-the-job training and coaching
- Cultivate relationships with influential clientele in the local and international luxury sphere to drive VIP customer loyalty
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of retail sales or store operations experience, with at least 2 years at supervisory level
- Background in luxury goods or premium fashion retail with an established personal client base
- Demonstrated excellence in customer experience and loyalty cultivation
- Proven ability to deliver constructive feedback and coach team members effectively
- Solutions-oriented mindset with positive demeanor under challenging circumstances
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
