Saint Laurent hiring Department Manager in Taipei—lead sales team, manage store operations, and drive customer loyalty in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Motivate and direct the sales team to achieve departmental and category sales targets
- Stay informed on fashion trends and key developments within assigned product categories
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing customer base through personalized engagement
- Maintain premium store environment standards while delivering exceptional customer service and after-sales support
- Execute action plans established by headquarters and store leadership, ensuring accountability at store level
- Provide qualitative feedback to management and supervise store staff performance
- Identify team member strengths and deliver targeted on-the-job training and coaching
- Develop and nurture relationships with influential local and international clients, particularly VIP accounts, to strengthen brand loyalty
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of retail sales or store operations experience, including minimum 2 years at supervisory level
- Background in luxury goods or premium fashion with an established client base preferred
- Demonstrated sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty initiatives
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and effectively coach team members
- Solutions-oriented mindset with positive attitude in challenging circumstances
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
