Saint Laurent Seoul Department Manager role leading store sales team, reporting to Store Director.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Director and Assistant Store Director in overseeing daily floor coverage and sales operations
- Lead and coordinate the store sales team to meet and exceed assigned sales goals and KPIs
- Define and communicate targeted quantitative and qualitative objectives to team members
- Monitor and ensure achievement of departmental goals and individual performance metrics
- Foster professional growth and development of staff through coaching and mentoring
- Serve as the training ambassador for all departmental training needs and initiatives
- Drive brand engagement with customers to guarantee achievement of assigned targets
- Oversee visual merchandising standards and customer service excellence within the department
- Support operational functions and store procedures to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
- Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to lead and develop a sales team
