Saint Laurent seeks a Department Manager in Seoul to lead sales teams, drive KPIs, and develop staff in a luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Director and Assistant Store Director in daily store operations and team management
  • Lead and coordinate the sales team to meet and exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators
  • Ensure professional growth and development of staff through a coaching and mentoring approach
  • Define and communicate targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and monitor their achievement
  • Oversee floor coverage, sales execution, visual merchandising standards, customer service delivery, and operational functions within the store
  • Serve as the training ambassador and champion for all staff training and development initiatives
  • Promote brand engagement with customers to guarantee achievement of assigned business objectives

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail sector
  • 1 to 3 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong coaching and team leadership abilities
  • Customer-centric mindset with commitment to service excellence

Experience
