Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Client Advisors, creating a harmonious, motivating work environment aligned with Saint Laurent standards
- Identify talent and performance gaps within the team; devise and execute targeted improvement plans
- Handle complex management situations with strategic perspective and manage procedural refinements to ensure efficiency
- Cultivate company culture internally and externally while ensuring compliance with safety protocols, internal requirements, and legal obligations
- Strengthen client engagement using available tools; recruit, develop, and drive customer loyalty programs
- Build and nurture key networks within the luxury sector at local and international levels, particularly among VIP and high-value clients

- Implement corrective measures as needed; communicate regular reportings to store management and team members
Qualifications
- Significant experience in luxury goods retail and client portfolio development
- Proven track record as a manager with demonstrated ability to report, develop, and train teams to success
- Expert product knowledge and established fashion culture credentials
- Client-first mindset with commercial acumen
- Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous
