Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and follow up on action plans defined with headquarters and the Store Director.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain customers, focusing on building loyalty with top clients and VIPs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal processes, while challenging current practices for efficiency.
  • Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to the Store Director and Assistant Director.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
  • Managerial experience with the ability to coach and provide feedback.
  • Strong knowledge of market and fashion trends.
  • Commitment to innovative projects and customer experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Adaptability and openness to change. High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty. Product and fashion sensitivity.

Experience

Significant experience in luxury retail sales and management.
