Saint Laurent seeks a Department Manager in Hong Kong to lead the sales team, drive sales and cultivate VIP client loyalty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store‑in‑Charge in leading the store team to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring exemplary customer acquisition and retention.
- Motivate, coach and develop sales staff through on‑the‑job training, performance feedback and tailored development plans.
- Implement and monitor action plans defined with headquarters and the store director, ensuring consistent follow‑up and achievement at store level.
- Maintain the highest standards of store presentation and deliver professional customer and after‑sales service to VIP and top clients.
- Provide qualitative market and client feedback to management and ensure effective supervision of daily store operations.
- Build and cultivate a network of local and international clients and stakeholders to foster long‑term loyalty for the brand.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of retail sales or store operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Demonstrable background in luxury goods or premium fashion; an established client base is preferred.
- Proven ability to coach teams, give direct constructive feedback and drive performance improvements.
- Strong commercial sensibility with a solutions‑oriented mindset and capacity to remain composed under pressure.
- Excellent written and spoken command of English and Chinese.
Skills
Experience
Five to seven years in retail sales or store operations, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory or team‑lead capacity within the luxury or premium fashion sector.
Education
High school diploma required; tertiary qualification in retail management, fashion, business or a related discipline preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China.
