Saint Laurent Department Manager position in Daegu, South Korea. Lead retail team, drive sales goals, and manage store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Director and Assistant Store Director in overseeing daily store operations and floor coverage
  • Lead and coordinate the sales team to meet and exceed assigned sales goals and KPIs
  • Drive brand engagement and ensure achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives
  • Foster professional growth and staff development through a coaching approach
  • Define and implement targeted performance goals for the team
  • Oversee visual merchandising execution and maintain high standards of store presentation
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards across the department
  • Act as training ambassador and identify and address all training needs within the team
  • Manage floor coverage and staff scheduling to optimize sales potential

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail environments
  • 1 to 3 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in expense reporting systems such as Concur
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
