Saint Laurent Department Manager position in Daegu, South Korea. Lead retail team, drive sales goals, and manage store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Director and Assistant Store Director in overseeing daily store operations and floor coverage
- Lead and coordinate the sales team to meet and exceed assigned sales goals and KPIs
- Drive brand engagement and ensure achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives
- Foster professional growth and staff development through a coaching approach
- Define and implement targeted performance goals for the team
- Oversee visual merchandising execution and maintain high standards of store presentation
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across the department
- Act as training ambassador and identify and address all training needs within the team
- Manage floor coverage and staff scheduling to optimize sales potential
Qualifications
- Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail environments
- 1 to 3 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in expense reporting systems such as Concur
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
