Role & Responsibilities
- Perform fabric preparation and matting operations prior to cutting
- Execute manual and automated fabric cutting operations
- Conduct thermobonding processes on cut components
- Perform finishing and packaging operations on completed pieces
- Monitor and cut templates and patterns according to specifications
- Execute all production operations in compliance with technical documentation, safety regulations, and production requirements (quality, productivity, timeliness)
- Prepare, update, and maintain cutting files; review and print pattern placements
Qualifications
- Manual dexterity and strong tactile skills with textiles
- Ability to work methodically and adapt to changing production demands
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Experience in cutting operations or textile production (preferred but not essential)
