Role & Responsibilities
- Learn to program and manage automatic cutting machines (Comelz technology) under the guidance of a tutor.
- Operate CAD/CAM systems to prepare digital placements and nesting layouts that optimise material yield and preserve quality.
- Support the processing and prioritisation of production lots, ensuring aesthetic consistency across components of the same order.
- Inspect cut pieces for conformity, monitoring cut cleanliness and absence of imperfections against company quality standards.
- Assemble and organise cut components into traceable production kits ready for assembly.
- Collaborate on routine maintenance and parameterisation of blades and cutting mats to sustain machine performance and product quality.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma (Istituto Tecnico) or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Comfortable using technical software and operating CNC machinery.
- Methodical precision, strong attention to detail and analytical aptitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a structured, dynamic industrial environment.

Experience
Internship-level role; no prior professional cutting-centre experience required. Previous exposure to technical drawing, manufacturing workflows, leather or textile cutting is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
