Saint Laurent CRM Assistant internship in Paris — support client engagement and reporting for the luxury retail network.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Client Development team in generating recurring weekly and monthly reports
  • Handle stores' periodical requests including client re-assignments and data cleansing
  • Assist the Client Development team in preparing client lists for outreach campaigns
  • Support the EMEA Client team in preparing presentations and guidelines for outreach, gifting, and retail best practices
  • Execute ad hoc projects and initiatives as required by the EMEA Client team

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's programme
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Prior experience with CRM systems and statistical tools is advantageous
