Saint Laurent CRM Assistant internship in Paris — support client engagement and reporting for the luxury retail network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Client Development team in generating recurring weekly and monthly reports
- Handle stores' periodical requests including client re-assignments and data cleansing
- Assist the Client Development team in preparing client lists for outreach campaigns
- Support the EMEA Client team in preparing presentations and guidelines for outreach, gifting, and retail best practices
- Execute ad hoc projects and initiatives as required by the EMEA Client team
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme
- Fluent in English
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Prior experience with CRM systems and statistical tools is advantageous
