Saint Laurent seeks a CRM Assistant (contract) in Hong Kong to support clienteling, CRM reporting and Power BI analysis for the Client Engagement team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform data analysis of client and CRM records to inform luxury clienteling and personalization strategies and produce post‑event reports.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track boutique and client KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Prepare and translate training documentation for clienteling tools and campaigns.
  • Maintain CRM data quality, governance and reporting standards; perform data cleansing and validation.
  • Support execution and tracking of one‑to‑one and one‑to‑many communications (SMS, MMS, eDM) for VIP outreach, appointments and personalised campaigns.
  • Assist client segmentation (VIP, VIC, prospect, inactive) to enable targeted engagement.
  • Promote adoption and data accuracy of clienteling tools used by boutique teams and Client Advisors.
  • Coordinate operational aspects of client events: guest lists, invitations, RSVP tracking and post‑event reporting.
  • Manage sample distribution and gifting processes, including allocations, inventory tracking and client attribution.
  • Contribute to standardisation and best practices for data visualisation and analysis; share knowledge within the internal analytics community.
  • Undertake ad‑hoc projects and provide operational support for client events and business initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Statistics, Data Analysis, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proven proficiency in Power BI for dashboarding and visual storytelling.
  • Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas and data handling.
  • Familiarity with clienteling tools and one‑to‑one client engagement workflows.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Experience

Entry‑level; currently enrolled students or recent graduates with practical experience using Power BI and advanced Excel are preferred. Prior exposure to luxury retail, CRM processes or clienteling tools is an advantage but not mandatory.

Education

Pursuing a degree in Statistics, Data Analysis, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
