Role & Responsibilities

  • Support product managers and the Collection Merchandising lead in day‑to‑day activities across assigned lines (Women’s and Men’s ready‑to‑wear, Men’s footwear, Soft Accessories & Sunglasses, Rive Droite).
  • Conduct competitive studies, price‑positioning analyses and trend monitoring to inform collection strategy.
  • Contribute to the construction and follow‑up of the collection plan, ensuring alignment with commercial targets and creative briefs.
  • Prepare and update showroom sales tools and provide operational support during showroom installation and presentations.
  • Manage prototype logistics and follow‑up (inventories, collection handovers, release requests).
  • Perform sell‑in / sell‑out analyses, maintain weekly and monthly KPI reporting, and deliver ad‑hoc collection performance analyses.
  • Participate in collection briefings and cross‑functional meetings to relay insights and support decision‑making.

Qualifications

  • Currently completing or recently graduated from a business or fashion school (Bac+4/5).
  • Minimum six months’ relevant experience required, ideally within the luxury fashion sector.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent numerical aptitude with demonstrable capability in data analysis and commercial reporting.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and comfortable with the broader Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong fashion and product sensibility, excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, organisational rigour, flexibility and proactivity.

Experience

At least six months of practical experience in merchandising, product coordination or a related commercial role; prior exposure to luxury fashion merchandising strongly preferred.

Education

Business school or fashion school degree at Bac+4/5 level (Master’s or equivalent).
