Saint Laurent seeks a Client Service Ambassador for its EMEA region in Paris. Support customers across multiple channels while liaising with sales and supply chain teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, acting as a liaison between sales, supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing departments
- Address customer questions and concerns with comprehensive product and service knowledge, ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Manage customer communications across multiple channels to deliver seamless service experiences
