Saint Laurent Client Service Ambassador position in Paris, France. Handle omnichannel customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and drive brand loyalty across retail and e-commerce channels.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Accompany clients throughout the full purchase journey from discovery to after-sales, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Promote brand image and values by providing qualitative and personalized advice across all channels (e-business, retail, franchises, wholesale)
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service requests for ysl.com, stores, and other channels
  • Deliver exceptional and personalized client experience via telephone, live chat, and email
  • Serve as primary contact for escalations and deliver appropriate solutions while strengthening client relationships
  • Communicate customer insights and feedback to relevant departments to drive process improvements
