- Foster strong relationships with stores to ensure a positive client experience.
- Act as a key contact for escalations, delivering appropriate solutions while strengthening client relationships.
- Communicate customer insights and feedback to relevant departments for actionable improvements.
- Manage multiple communication channels, including telephone, email, and chat, while achieving personal and team KPIs.
- Develop omnichannel sales through distant sales tools.
