Role & Responsibilities
- Create proposals, evite requests, and event timelines for store events and client engagement initiatives.
- Prepare post-event recaps and conduct ad-hoc analysis to support sales and client initiatives.
- Assist with the coordination of event logistics, including catering, model arrangements, hair and makeup, sample management, and gifting.
- Conduct research on new market landscapes and competitive events.
- Assist with invoicing and budget tracking.
- Provide on-site support at local events with ad-hoc responsibilities such as check-in and model fittings.
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in a college or university.
- Availability to work in the office a minimum of 2-3 days a week.
Skills
Experience
No specific prior experience required, but familiarity with event coordination is beneficial.

The base compensation for this position is $17 per hour.
