Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating store events and client engagement initiatives.
- Create proposals, evite requests, and event timelines for store events.
- Prepare post-event recaps and ad-hoc analyses to support sales and client initiatives.
- Coordinate event logistics, including catering, model arrangements, hair and makeup, sample management, and gifting.
- Conduct research on new market landscapes and competitive events.
- Assist with invoicing and budget tracking.
- Provide on-site support at local events with responsibilities such as check-in and model fittings.
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in a college or university.
- Availability in the office for a minimum of 2-3 days a week.
