Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Client Development Manager in deploying client development initiatives across Western and Northern Europe.
• Help coordinate the retail network on clienteling topics, support the quality of the client experience, and monitor results.
• Analyze client data; prepare lists and briefs; track outreach actions and appointments; and contribute to the quality and enrichment of client profiles in internal tools.
• Help coordinate the events calendar and exchanges with service providers and boutiques; prepare guest lists, invitations, and RSVP follow-ups; contribute to logistics, gifts, and personalization; and provide on-site operational support at events in Paris.
• Collect and consolidate performance indicators, update tracking dashboards, prepare event reviews, and monitor action plans and deadlines.
• Prepare meeting materials and presentations, share useful information with boutique teams, and contribute to sharing client best practices.

Qualifications

• Currently studying at a business school or university, specializing in marketing, luxury, CRM, or events; final-year or second-half gap-year profile.
• Very good written and spoken French and English; another language is an advantage.
• Good command of Excel and PowerPoint; initial experience with a CRM or clienteling tool is an advantage.
• Rigor, strong organizational skills, ease working with data, strong writing skills, and a collaborative approach.
• A mandatory internship agreement is required. Occasional evening availability and travel may be necessary depending on the events calendar.
