Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and existing clients
- Identify and anticipate client needs, cultivating meaningful connections that drive client loyalty and repeat business
- Develop and maintain a robust personal client portfolio to secure proactive and growing business opportunities
- Drive individual and team sales performance to exceed established KPIs and targets through business acumen and entrepreneurial approach
- Create personalized, versatile silhouettes for clients, demonstrating expert knowledge of the Saint Laurent collection and broader fashion culture
- Establish transparent, genuine relationships with clients and colleagues through authentic, professional communication
- Optimize use of all available retail tools and systems to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Collaborate proactively with front and back-of-house teams to support collective achievements and team spirit
- Uphold all company policies, operational procedures, and the Maison's values, image and standards
