Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience and best-in-class after-sales service to all visitors and customers.
• Establish and nurture long-term client relationships; proactively build and manage a client portfolio to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs through a commercial, entrepreneurial approach.
• Provide bespoke styling and product advice to create versatile, timeless looks aligned with Saint Laurent’s aesthetic.
• Communicate authentically and professionally with clients and colleagues, maintaining the brand’s image and values.
• Utilize all available retail tools and systems to capture opportunities and optimise sales performance.
• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations to foster team cohesion and overall store success.
• Comply rigorously with company operational procedures, visual standards and loss-prevention policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury fashion, accessory retail, high-end customer service or luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Demonstrable personal taste and passion for fashion; aptitude for creating curated looks.
• Commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit and target-driven orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
• Comfortable with retail technology and quick to learn new applications.
• Strong team orientation, proactive problem-solving capacity and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

Experience

Preferred experience in luxury retail, fashion or high-end hospitality; previous roles delivering high-quality client service and meeting sales targets are advantageous.

Education

High school diploma; vocational training or post-secondary education in fashion, retail, sales or hospitality is a plus.
