Saint Laurent Yorkdale (Toronto) seeks a Client Advisor — deliver luxury client service, drive sales and build a client portfolio. Hourly CAD $20–$22 + commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized luxury service to all visitors and clients, including after-sale care.
- Build and cultivate a proactive client portfolio through outreach, follow-up and relationship management.
- Drive individual sales performance and contribute to store KPIs through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Create tailored looks and style recommendations that reflect Saint Laurent’s aesthetic and client needs.
- Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams to optimise customer experience and store performance.
- Use available digital tools and in-store systems to identify and maximise commercial opportunities.
- Adhere to brand image, operational procedures and Maison standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client-facing roles; luxury fashion, accessories retail, customer service or luxury hospitality preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion and the ability to create personalised silhouettes for clients.
- Commercial mindset with entrepreneurial approach to achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong teamwork orientation and ability to contribute to a collaborative retail environment.
- Comfortable adopting new technology and retail applications; digitally literate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages an asset.
- Proactive, adaptable and solution-focused attitude in a fast-paced setting.

Experience
Preferred experience in luxury fashion or accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality, with a proven ability to build client relationships, meet individual sales targets and contribute to store KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in fashion, retail or hospitality is an advantage.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20 to CAD 22 per hour.
