Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients
- Develop and maintain robust client portfolios through proactive engagement and reconnection
- Drive individual sales and KPI performance through a business-minded and entrepreneurial approach
- Demonstrate expertise in creating personalized, versatile, and timeless fashion looks aligned with the Saint Laurent aesthetic
- Cultivate genuine, transparent connections with clients to differentiate their retail experience
- Effectively leverage all available business tools and technologies to optimize sales opportunities
- Communicate professionally and authentically with both clients and colleagues
