Saint Laurent is hiring a Client Advisor in Stuttgart (Breuninger) for a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximise in-store sales through proactive client engagement and personalised service.
- Develop new client relationships while nurturing and strengthening existing clientele through clienteling and after-sales follow-up.
- Maintain an authoritative level of product knowledge and awareness of market and fashion trends to articulate the house’s points of differentiation.
- Represent the brand at all times, upholding image, grooming and presentation standards to deliver a consistent luxury experience.
- Support store management with operational tasks and compliance, including stock control, inventories and other back-of-house processes.
- Foster a professional, collaborative working environment and provide ad-hoc support to colleagues and management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury goods sales or high-end retail.
- Strong product sensitivity with solid knowledge of fashion trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Sales-oriented, ambitious and target-driven.
- Adaptable, curious and open to participating in innovative projects; a collaborative team player.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience selling luxury goods or working in premium retail environments is required, with demonstrable client development and sales performance.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational retail or luxury sales training preferred.
