Saint Laurent seeks a Client Advisor in St. Moritz, Switzerland — deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, memorable client experience and provide high-quality after-sales service to all visitors and customers.
  • Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, clienteling and relationship management to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and surpass individual sales targets and KPIs through a commercial, results-oriented mindset.
  • Create personalised, versatile styling and tailored looks, demonstrating deep knowledge of product and fashion culture.
  • Utilise available tools and systems (CRM, POS and boutique applications) to maximise business opportunities and track client activity.
  • Support front- and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth boutique performance and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Uphold Saint Laurent’s brand image, values and operational procedures at all times.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in luxury or premium retail, customer service or luxury hospitality is preferred.
  • Demonstrable passion for fashion and a refined personal taste with an ability to create personalised client looks.
  • Commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on sales performance and portfolio growth.
  • Strong team orientation, open-mindedness and alignment with a culture that values authenticity and audacity.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and boutique technologies; quick to learn new applications.
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Proactive problem-solver with enthusiastic interpersonal skills and professional communication in English and the local language.

Experience

Previous client-facing experience in luxury fashion retail, premium customer service or luxury hospitality is preferred, with a track record of building client relationships and contributing to sales targets.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, hospitality or fashion is a plus.
