Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store clienteling and after-sales service to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Identify client needs, anticipate future requests and create personalised, timeless looks through expert styling.
- Build and maintain a proactive client portfolio to drive repeat business and long-term growth.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs with an entrepreneurial, business-focused approach.
- Use available digital and in-store tools to optimise sales opportunities and record client interactions.
- Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams to support store operations and contribute to a cohesive team spirit.
- Uphold Maison standards, visual identity and all company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in luxury fashion or accessory retail, high-end customer service or luxury hospitality.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion and ability to create personalised looks for clients.
- Commercial mindset with the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong team orientation and willingness to support wider store objectives.
- Comfort with digital tools and ability to adapt quickly to new retail technology.
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive, solution-oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail experience preferred, ideally in luxury fashion, accessories or luxury hospitality; demonstrated success in client development, meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in fashion, merchandising, business or a related discipline is advantageous.
