Saint Laurent seeks a Client Advisor in Shenyang, China — drive sales and deliver exceptional client service in-store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maximise store sales through proactive client engagement and personalised service, including after-sales follow-up.
  • Actively develop new clients while deepening relationships with existing customers through clienteling and outreach.
  • Represent and promote the brand’s culture and image to clients and within the community.
  • Ensure the store’s visual and service standards align with corporate guidelines and contribute to window and floor presentation as required.
  • Support the management team by complying with and following up on store processes, paperwork and operational requirements.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment and participate in store initiatives and innovation projects.
