Saint Laurent seeks a Client Advisor in Seoul to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to a discerning clientele, building long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Proactively manage client portfolios through appointment booking, follow-ups and tailored recommendations to maximise lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while executing strategic selling and upselling techniques.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across prêt-à-porter, leather goods and accessories to advise clients authoritatively.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, returns and after-sales requests with accuracy and discretion.
  • Support visual merchandising standards, boutique presentation and stock replenishment to ensure an elevated store environment.
  • Use CRM tools to record client interactions, preferences and purchase histories; ensure data quality and privacy compliance.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention protocols, brand guidelines and store operational procedures at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury or premium retail, with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-focused, service-oriented demeanour.
  • Strong commercial acumen and persuasive selling ability tailored to a luxury clientele.
  • Meticulous attention to presentation, process and confidentiality.
  • Professional fluency in Korean; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., English) is advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal education in fashion, retail or related disciplines is a plus.
