Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, discreet client service to cultivate long‑term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and upselling of ready‑to‑wear, leather goods and accessories.
- Maintain impeccable visual and merchandising standards consistent with brand directives and seasonal floor sets.
- Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, returns and after‑sales service with accuracy and professionalism.
- Develop and maintain the client database using in‑store CRM procedures; execute targeted outreach and appointment management.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment and receiving procedures to ensure optimal product availability.
- Collaborate with the store management team on events, private appointments and in‑store activations.
