Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding client service and high-quality after-sales care to all visitors and clients.
  • Establish and sustain meaningful client relationships by identifying needs, anticipating future requests and reconnecting proactively.
  • Build and cultivate a robust client portfolio to generate repeat business and long-term loyalty.
  • Drive individual sales performance and exceed KPI targets through a business-minded, entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create personalized, versatile and timeless looks for clients that reflect the house aesthetic.
  • Communicate with transparency and sincerity to create an authentic, memorable client experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong team spirit and collaborative attitude to achieve shared objectives.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and retail applications; quick to adapt to new technology.
