Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an impeccable, personalized client experience at all touchpoints, including proactive after‑sales service and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering high‑quality, client‑focused service in luxury fashion & accessories retail, high-end customer service or luxury hospitality.
  • Demonstrable passion for fashion with strong personal style and the ability to create personalised looks.
  • Commercial mindset with entrepreneurial drive and a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in English and the local language (Korean).
  • Comfortable using digital tools and retail applications; quick to learn new technologies.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, adaptable and able to perform in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
