  • Communicate professionally and sincerely with clients and colleagues.

  • Support and collaborate with front and back-of-house teams to enhance team spirit.
  • Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in providing high-quality service in a client-facing role, preferably in fashion & accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.

Skills

Passion for fashion culture and creating personalized looks. Business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit. Strong team spirit to achieve common goals. Proficiency with tools and applications, and adaptability to new technology. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize. Proactive, passionate, and problem-solving attitude. Excellent written, oral, and listening skills in English and local language; additional languages preferred. Openness to change and growth.

Experience

Experience in a client-facing role within fashion, accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality is preferred.
