Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store client experiences, including personalised service and attentive after-sales care.
- Build and cultivate a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, reconnection and relationship management.
- Drive individual sales and contribute to store KPIs with a commercial, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Create personalised, versatile and timeless looks for clients, demonstrating deep knowledge of product and fashion culture.
- Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues, maintaining the Maison’s image and standards.
- Effectively use available tools and applications to identify and convert business opportunities.
- Support front- and back-of-house colleagues to foster team performance and a collaborative store environment.
- Comply with company policies, operational procedures and loss-prevention standards.
Qualifications
- Preferred professional experience in high-quality service environments such as fashion & accessories retail, luxury hospitality or customer service.

Experience
