Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and after-sale care to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business
- Actively develop and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, clienteling and personalized service
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPI objectives through a commercial, entrepreneurial mindset
- Provide bespoke styling and product recommendations that communicate the Maison’s aesthetic and timeless silhouettes
- Use available retail tools to identify and optimize business opportunities, including client records and store systems
- Collaborate closely with front- and back-of-house teams to support store operations, merchandising and team performance
- Adhere to company policies, visual standards and operational procedures to uphold the brand image
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality service in client-facing roles within fashion, accessories, luxury retail or hospitality
- Commercial awareness with an entrepreneurial approach to meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong interpersonal skills: authentic, transparent and professional communication with clients and colleagues
- Comfortable using digital tools and retail applications; adaptable to new technology
- Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving attitude and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
