Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service and after-sale care to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business
  • Actively develop and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, clienteling and personalized service
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPI objectives through a commercial, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Provide bespoke styling and product recommendations that communicate the Maison’s aesthetic and timeless silhouettes
  • Use available retail tools to identify and optimize business opportunities, including client records and store systems
  • Collaborate closely with front- and back-of-house teams to support store operations, merchandising and team performance
  • Adhere to company policies, visual standards and operational procedures to uphold the brand image

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality service in client-facing roles within fashion, accessories, luxury retail or hospitality
  • Commercial awareness with an entrepreneurial approach to meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills: authentic, transparent and professional communication with clients and colleagues
  • Comfortable using digital tools and retail applications; adaptable to new technology
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving attitude and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset

Experience

Preferred experience in high-touch, client-facing roles—such as fashion or accessory retail, customer service or luxury hospitality—demonstrating consistent delivery of premium service and commercial results.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or training in retail, fashion or customer service is desirable.
