Saint Laurent is hiring a Client Advisor in Rome, Italy to deliver personalised luxury client service and drive retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience before, during and after the sale, consistently upholding Maison standards and image.
- Build and maintain a proactive client portfolio through regular outreach, relationship management and clienteling activities.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators by adopting a commercial, KPI-driven mindset.
- Identify client needs, anticipate future requests and create tailored, timeless looks that reflect the brand’s aesthetic.
- Use store systems and available digital tools to optimise opportunities, manage client records and follow up on sales.
- Support front- and back-of-house colleagues to maximise team performance and sustain a collaborative environment.
- Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues, ensuring accurate handovers and documentation.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, operational procedures and loss-prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Preferred professional experience in luxury retail, fashion/accessory retail, high-level customer service or luxury hospitality.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion and an aptitude for creating personalised looks consistent with the Maison’s aesthetic.
- Commercial awareness with an entrepreneurial spirit and a results-oriented approach to sales.
- Strong team orientation with the ability to collaborate across front- and back-of-house functions.
- Comfortable with digital tools and clienteling applications; quick to learn new technologies.
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills in English and the local language (Italian).
- Resilient, proactive and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion or luxury hospitality is preferred; demonstrable track record of delivering high‑quality client service and meeting sales targets is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in fashion, retail or customer service are a plus.
