Saint Laurent Client Advisor (H/F) – Rive Droite Concept Store in Paris. Join our luxury team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients as a Saint Laurent ambassador, embodying Maison values and maintaining brand standards appropriate to the store environment
- Listen attentively to clients, present products and collections aligned with the artistic direction, and propose tailored silhouettes matching client expectations
- Deliver expert styling advice regarding morphology, cut, fabrication, and personal aesthetic refinement
- Develop and manage a personal client portfolio, fostering loyalty and engagement through dedicated clienteling and dedicated relationship management tools
- Monitor key sales performance indicators including boutique revenue, personal portfolio results, and client acquisition metrics
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement and present corrective or growth initiatives to boutique management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in ready-to-wear retail or luxury goods
- Solid understanding of art, fashion history, and contemporary trends
- Proven experience managing local clientele, with international clientele exposure preferred
- Fluent English; additional languages highly valued
- Client-centric mindset prioritizing guest experience above transactional metrics
- Strong interpersonal abilities, active listening skills, and collaborative team orientation
- Product sensitivity and acute awareness of fabric, construction, and design nuances
- Analytical approach to sales indicators and commercial results
