Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients
- Connect and reconnect with clients by identifying their needs and anticipating future requests
- Cultivate a robust client portfolio to secure proactive and growing business
- Drive performance to exceed individual sales and KPI goals with a business mindset and entrepreneurial approach
- Create personalized, versatile, and timeless silhouettes for clients while demonstrating passion for fashion culture
- Communicate professionally and sincerely with clients and colleagues
- Effectively use available tools to optimize business opportunities
- Proactively support and collaborate with front and back-of-house teams

Qualifications
- Preferred experience in high-quality client-facing roles within fashion and accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality
