Saint Laurent seeks a Client Advisor in Oslo to deliver personalised luxury service and drive store sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience and high-quality after-sales service to all visitors and customers.
- Establish, nurture and expand a private client portfolio through proactive outreach and reconnection activities.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators by adopting a business-minded, entrepreneurial approach.
- Create tailored, versatile and timeless looks for clients demonstrating strong fashion sensibility and product knowledge.
- Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Utilise available tools and systems to identify and convert business opportunities effectively.
- Support front- and back-of-house colleagues to promote a collaborative team environment and contribute to overall store performance.
- Comply with company policies, visual and operational standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fashion or accessory retail, luxury hospitality or high-end customer service is preferred.
- Demonstrable personal taste and passion for fashion, with an aptitude for creating personalised looks.
- Commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit and target-driven orientation.
- Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate to achieve common goals.
- Comfortable using digital tools and retail applications; quick to learn new technologies.
- Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English and the local language.

Experience
Preferred professional experience in luxury fashion or accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality; demonstrable track record of client relationship building and meeting sales targets.
Education
