Saint Laurent Client Advisor position in Oak Brook, Illinois. Hourly retail role delivering luxury client service, sales, and portfolio management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients
- Show passion in connecting and reconnecting with clients, putting them at the center and identifying their needs
- Cultivate a robust client portfolio to secure proactive and growing business
- Drive performance to exceed individual sales and KPI goals with a business mindset and entrepreneurial approach
- Create personalized, versatile, and timeless looks for clients while demonstrating passion for fashion culture
- Communicate professionally and sincerely with clients and colleagues to create unique connections
