Saint Laurent seeks a Client Advisor in New York to deliver luxury retail excellence and drive sales through exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute actively to store sales and key performance indicators achievement
- Provide a unique, memorable, sophisticated and lasting client experience to all external and internal visitors
- Cultivate a robust client portfolio to secure proactive and growing business
- Drive performance to exceed individual sales and KPI goals with a business mindset and entrepreneurial approach
- Create personalized, versatile and timeless looks for clients whilst demonstrating passion for fashion culture
- Establish transparent and genuine connections with clients through authentic engagement
- Communicate professionally and sincerely with both clients and colleagues
- Optimize business opportunities through effective use of available tools and technology
- Proactively support and collaborate with front and back-of-house teams to foster team spirit
- Uphold and adhere to all company policies and operational procedures
- Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients
