Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized in-store and after-sales experience that reflects the Maison’s standards and luxury positioning.
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach, clienteling and follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPI objectives by adopting a business-minded, entrepreneurial approach.
- Advise clients on seasonal collections and create tailored, timeless looks that demonstrate strong fashion sensibility.
- Use available retail tools and systems to identify and convert business opportunities and optimise client service.
- Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams to support store operations, stock movement and overall team performance.
- Adhere to company policies, visual merchandising guidelines and operational procedures to protect the brand image.
Qualifications
- Proven client-facing experience, preferably in luxury fashion, accessories retail, high-end hospitality or premium customer service.
- Passion for fashion with the ability to create personalised styling solutions and an affinity for luxury product knowledge.
- Commercial mindset with entrepreneurial drive and a track record (or strong aptitude) for achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional, transparent and genuine client engagement.
- Comfortable with retail technology and applications; adaptable to new tools and processes.
- Team-oriented, proactive, resilient in a fast-paced environment and capable of multitasking and prioritising.
Experience
Preferred prior experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality or customer service roles, with demonstrable client relationship building and sales achievement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal education in retail, fashion, merchandising or hospitality is a plus.
